1. Program description

The Sandwich Bar Team Texts is a text-message program for employees of The Sandwich Bar, operated by EL-DAN, LLC. Messages cover work schedules and schedule changes, shift cover requests, absences, late arrivals and requests to leave early, arrival checks, and store announcements. Employees can also text us. We do not send marketing messages through this program.

2. Who can join

Current employees of The Sandwich Bar who give consent. Joining is optional and is not a condition of employment.

3. How to join

Sign our consent form, on paper or electronically, or text START to our team number, (213) 727-3399. You will receive one message confirming that you joined.

4. Message frequency

Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per week and more when schedules change.

5. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

6. How to stop

Reply STOP at any time. We will send one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and then you will receive no more Team Texts. To join again, text START.

7. Help

Reply HELP for help, or call (310) 409-0045, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

8. Automated assistant and translation

Some messages are written or translated by an automated assistant on behalf of our manager. Translations can contain mistakes. If a message is unclear, reply 2 and we will explain it again, or ask a manager in person.

9. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. We will post the new version on this page and text you about important changes.
