This Privacy Policy explains how The Sandwich Bar, operated by EL-DAN, LLC (“we,” “us”), handles information on this website and in The Sandwich Bar Team Texts, our text-message program for employees.

This website is for information only. It has no sign-up forms or accounts, and we do not ask you to enter personal information here. Our web hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.
Team Texts
If you are an employee and join Team Texts, we collect your name, mobile phone number, preferred language, your consent record, the text messages you send and receive, the date and time of those messages, and the work schedule information they relate to.
2. How we use information
We use Team Texts information only for day-to-day communication at work:
- sending work schedules and schedule changes;
- handling absences, late arrivals, requests to leave early and shift cover requests;
- checking arrivals on the day of a shift;
- sharing store announcements;
- translating messages between English and Spanish; and
- keeping a record of schedule changes.
We do not use Team Texts information for marketing.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, other than the service providers described below that operate Team Texts for us.
We use service providers that help us run Team Texts: a text-messaging provider that delivers messages, a cloud database that stores records, and an AI service that reads and translates messages. They may use information only to provide these services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
4. Message frequency and rates
Team Texts message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.
5. How long we keep information
We keep Team Texts message records for up to 3 years and then delete them. Website technical logs are kept by our hosting provider under its own policies.
6. Security
Only the owner and authorized managers can access Team Texts records. Our service providers protect data with industry-standard security, including encryption when data is sent over the internet. No system is perfectly secure.
7. Your choices
- Stop Team Texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Ask to see or correct your information.
- Ask us to delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
